About Pudsey

Pudsey is a historic market town in between Leeds and Bradford in West Yorkshire with a population of some 30,000 people. Pudsey has a thriving and busy town center with many unique bars and shops and a railway station about half a mile outside the town center. Many people are unaware that Pudsey also gave its name to "Pudsey Bear", the mascot of Children in Need, designed by Joanna Ball who was born in Pudsey.
